Chat support and phone support r

Total Tech has been a complete wast of money.
Bought a tv and mount and noticed that the order didn’t say installation mount as well. So thought I start a chat to fix it. Boy was I wrong, while trying to understand the situation the person literally could care less and just told me to wait for the delivery date knowing they are not coming to mount the tv and then ask is there something els I can help you with and complete ignored me asking for clarification then didn’t want to pass me to a supervisor(Divya.s). Ok so after 40 minutes of nothing I called and meet this person call Victoria and who refused to pass me to a supervisor after explaining my frustration and just hangs up on me. So I call again then some other lady picks up and says she going to but then I just get hung up on again! So I call again and guess who Victoria who hangs up on me and again!! Like wow this is best buy at its best.
