Hi. I purchased an Ipad and Apple pencil. I got them on Dec 9. My debit card was charged twice but there is no refund. Order status is stacked at shipped and not updated even if I got them.

Thank you for visiting us here on our community forums. I make quite a lot of purchases online and know I would be surprised to discover a duplicate charge when checking my bank account. When an order is placed on our website an authorization hold is placed on your account to ensure that funds are available. Most the time this is removed from your account in three to five business days but can take up to one billing cycle. I would be happy to make sure everything on this order was processed normally.
