Charged twice for the same order.

So my issue is that I placed an order two weeks ago for 3 different items totaling $237. My bank account received the pre-authorization two weeks ago and was removed from my account within four days which usually is what happens.

So one of the items released last week and I was charged for it and already have received the item. The second item released today and the third item doesn't release for another two weeks.

Now that the second item has released, for some reason I'm once again charged $237 today in my account instead of the $85 which is the portion of the order that should have been charged, not the full amount of the enitre order for a second time.

I need to know why this is happening and have this charge removed from my account. I'm not paying twice for things I already payed for. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for posting! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with your pre-order in regards to the payment. Of course I wouldn’t want you to be charged twice so I’ll absolutely do my best to see what’s going on.
