Charged Double

Hello,
I recently purchased two items online, I originally chose to pick them up in-store, and I was charged for both items. I then switched the service to shipping, it said that it would be no extra charge although when I switched to shipping two more charges showed up, those being the individual prices of each item. I read other posts saying that the double charge was just an authorization and that it would go away after a few days, but now the original charge is still there as well as the two individual prices of the items, all charges have been finalized and posted in my statement.

 

Help please.

Welcome to our community forums. As someone who keeps a very close eye on my bank account, I know that I would want to figure out what an extra charge is for. I would be glad to help you take a closer look into this.

 

As you mentioned, we do place an authorization hold on your account when an order is placed. If a change is made to how you receive this order, you may see a second hold. Since this hasn't been removed from you account I'd like to take a closer look at this order to see exactly what's going on.

 

I will need some additional information to get started. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:

 

Full name
Email address

Phone number

Order number

Hello,

Thank you for replying I just checked my bank account today and saw that they refunded the money for the second charges today, when I did message I saw that the money actually posted to the account.
