I recently returned a laptop in store and when I got my refund, I was short $29.99 for this free bundle (Trend Micro Internet Security) I did not want or need. Apparently it was already included in my cart and I did not see it when I ordered it from my phone app. I don't want this digital download or software at all and have no use for it. It shows I was charged $29.99 when I returned it back in the store for this bundle on my receipt at closer look. How do I go about getting a refund for this? I've already returned everything but I'm still short $29.99 on my full refund. I appreciate the help. Thanks.

Per the return terms and policies, Trend Micro is a digital consumable item and its not returnable so in this case you were charged for it because of this and since you could not return the freebie the item value was deducted from your return.
