Good morning!
I need to change this order: {removed per forum guidelines} to either a different delivery address, or ideally just to in store pickup. On the chat I was told I had to wait for it to be in stock to change the order, but that's, not to put too fine a point on it, a stupid system.
I'm moving, we can't just leave the wrong delivery address, I'll never get it, we're selling that house.
How can we fix this? There's no reason to believe any more of this collector's edition will even be stocked later.

Congratulations on your move, I hope it goes smoothly and hopefully we can help make it a bit smoother by getting this address updated!
With collector’s editions of games, we aren’t able to change them to in-store pickup as once we sell out, those quantities are locked to their delivery locations. We may be able to update the shipping address to your new home, but I can’t make any guarantees.
