Change in-store pickup location

Hello,

Is it possible to change an in-store pickup location? I cannot make it to the previously selected store prior to the final pickup date.

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry that it has taken so long to get back to you on this. With the busy holiday season it is taking longer than we’d like to reply to everyone.

 

At this point it may be too late to help you out with your original order, but going forward this is some good information to have should a situation like this ever pop up again in the future. Generally speaking, as noted here, an order can be updated within the first thirty minutes after it was placed.

 

You can give us a call at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) for assistance with this, but even easier is just going to your order history. There you can update the pickup location yourself. As I said, this can only be done within about 30 minutes of the order being placed.

 

If you just need to extend your pickup date please give us a call at 1-888-BESTBUY or at your local store with your order number to request an extension.
