At this point it may be too late to help you out with your original order, but going forward this is some good information to have should a situation like this ever pop up again in the future. Generally speaking, as noted here, an order can be updated within the first thirty minutes after it was placed.
You can give us a call at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) for assistance with this, but even easier is just going to your order history. There you can update the pickup location yourself. As I said, this can only be done within about 30 minutes of the order being placed.
