Change from pick up to delivery

Hi.

Can someone please help me change my order from pick up to delivery. I picked up most of my order in store, but now the final item is ready and i am away. I will not get back in time to pick it up. Can the last item be shipped?

Great question! It would be my pleasure to let you know about your options that you have to select the shipping that works best for you!  Our Store Pickup is there to work for you to make getting your electronics you want as conveniently as possible!

 

Changing or canceling Store Pickup

To change or cancel a Store Pickup order, call us at 1-888 BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).

  • To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.
  • To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, call any time. This option is not available for cell phones and mobile devices with plans
  • If you're calling to cancel a Store Pickup order, please have your credit card information ready.

We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

Thanks for your reply! I’m abroad right now and phone might be difficult. Is there any other way?

Being out of the area for phone reception is understandable.  I'd like to see what options are possible!
