Cell phone did not arrive - no info via tracking number or BB order system

Hello, 

 

My mother ordered a new S10E online which was supposed to arrive Saturday and did not. Neither Best Buy's order system or UPS provides any helpful information, other than BB saying it was supposed to arrive yesterday when she sat home all day to wait for the delivery. She can not continue to sit at home day in and day out to wait on it's arrival, particularly when the seller and shipper provide no helpful information. I have both the order # and tracking # that I can send via PM to resolve this.

They may be able to help you figure out where your delivery is.

Thanks, I just emailed them. Not sure they'll be able to help since now that I've done a little research this seems to be a regular problem with Best Buy. I just ordered the same phone for myself last night and during check out mine went from arriving this Wednesday to August 5th or 6th. I'm not too concerned wtih mine but mom's current cell phone has bit the dust and she needs one sooner rather than later. In hindsight I should have driven 40 miles across the border in to SC to get hers from a store that had it in stock, but BB assured the delivery date when ordering hers.
