Cell phone delay

I ordered a phone on may 2( and it says it was supposed to be shipped today. However it’s delayed and it says if it doesn’t process by June 27 they’ll “let me know” I need my phone as soon as possible, I cannot wait until the 27th for an update, that’s absurd! It won’t let me cancel this either so if there’s a way to cancel please give me the steps, I really really need my new phone because my old phone is on its last leg and having a cell
Phone is part of my job. Thank you
