I ordered 2 cell phones for my children on new lines to get the special price. My contract that I was just emailed from spint is not showing the bill credit that I am supposed to be getting to start a new line. Is this something that can and will be fixed or do I need to cancel my order, I am not interested in paying full price when I can get a promo price elsewhere.

I had similar concerns when I purchased my Pixel on a Verizon contract. Your first bill will be the total price. the next bill after you will get an appropiate refund/discount on the bill. Your final discount will be a bill after you have paid it off.

With great promotions this time of year, it sounds like you may have participated in one that will be a perfect fit for you. Each promotion can be a bit different, but I know in many cases the bill credits do not reflect until a couple months after your first bill, as your account must stay in good standing.
