I am beyond livid with Bestbuy support. I called support 4 times and got hung up twice. Got transfer to Citibank 3rd time and still being put on hold at the very moment for the last 45 minutes.
 
I tried contacting Bestbuy via chat and Jesse L immidiately told me to call Bestbuy instead.
 
All I want is to check the status of my refund check. I was told It has been sent out on May 4th/ It has been more than 3 week since and I have received nothing.

So after 50 minutes I got hung up again.

So newer threads got responses from BB employees yet my thread got edited by an employee yet no one posted anything yet. 

 

Am I being ignored here as well ?
