Did you purchase the SIM card kit in a Best Buy store, or on BestBuy.com? If you bought it in a store, you should head back to the same location so they can help you activate it at the register. If it was part of an online order, you may want to go ahead and call into 1-888-BEST-BUY if you need to use the SIM card now. Otherwise, you're welcome to wait here for a moderator to help.
