Eight months ago the My Best Buy credit card I have expired; I got a new one, but the site won’t let me update the expiration date for the card. I get “This credit card already exists” when I try.
The (expired) card is also listed twice. Trying to remove either one gets me: “Your credit card could not be removed at this time.” for the first one, “Please check the information you entered and try again.” for the second one.

Not being able to update your credit card on your purchasing profile is quite the issue. It’s discouraging to hear that it’s not allowing you to do so. I’d be happy to offer a few troubleshooting suggestions for you at this time. I do sincerely apologize for my delayed response due to the holiday season we’ve been busier than usual, and we’re doing our best to catch up.
Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies for your internet browser? Please also ensure that you’re only logged into your account on one device. Being logged into more than device can be confusing for your cart. If that doesn’t work please add another card to your purchase profile, and set it is the primary one then you may be able to delete other saved cards. Then you’d add back your Best Buy credit card with the correct information.
