Cannot sign-in to Best Buy's website to check my order status

As the subject says, I'm trying to sign-in into my account on to look on pre-orders I'd made but whenever I click on "account" to reach the sign-in screen all I get is a white blank page and no means to actually access my store account and thus even less my order history. I'm seeing report on that others seem to be experiencing log-in issues so I wanted to know if there is any problem with the site as if so perhaps a warning should be posted that there might be issues signing in until the problem is resolved.

This forum supports and the US Best Buy locations, to get in contact with Best Buy Canada the link is on the same website you're having issues logging into.  Go to and click on the "Contact Us" link for various support options.  It is possible that the moderators here can pass the message along, but since it's just certain accounts you'll need to speak to someone there directly in order to resolve.
