Cannot receive verification emails

I recently tried to log in to my account but it asked me to verify using a code that would be sent to my email. I tried many times and I never received any emails with the code. I tried the following:

- Resetting my password (never received link to reset)
- adding BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to my contacts to try and make sure it wasn't going to spam
- I even tried making a new account, and was able to retrieve my member ID by using the member ID lookup tool when signing in, but it failed when I tried to finish creating it, saying I should try signing in or resetting my password for an existing account.

Finally, I tried using a different email address with the member ID I had looked up in hopes of being able to create a new account linked to that member ID, then change my email back to the one I wanted, but when I went to change the email, it have me an error each time I tried.

At this point I do not know what else I can try. I would really love some help and would be happy to provide any details needed to fix my account.

Thanks for reaching out! You’ve done some great trouble shooting on this issue, so I’m disappointed you’re still not receiving the verification email as expected. That certainly would be frustrating, so I’d love to look at this more closely from my end to see what I can do to assist in getting this straightened out.

 

So I can get started, I’ll need a little bit of information from you. Please send your full name, phone number, email address, and your My Best Buy member ID that you confirmed with the lookup tool. To keep your information secure, you should be able to select the “private message” option from my signature when you are signed in to the forum. I look forward to hearing back!
