I am attempting to log in to my Best Buy account but I have apparently forgotten my password. When I try to send the reset password email, it is nowhere to be found. I have tried about 15 times and have now given up. I cannot talk to a person when I call customer support for help either.
I just want to view my digital library to see if I have gotten my digital download code sicne it has been a few days since I purchsed. I paid through PayPal and the money has been taken from my bank account. I have not received an email with the code or anything.
Getting very frustrated, please help.
