I've tried placing an order over 5 times so far on the site, each time it gets cancelled after a few minutes. The last time I ordered I thought it finally went through, until I got the same cancellation email telling me "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order." nearly 5 hours after placing the order.
Why is this happening? I've checked, re-checked, and checked all the information again and again. Everything is correct. My card information and billing address have not changed since the last time I successfully placed an order, so what's wrong here? I'm about to just give up and go order elsewhere.

Some products sold by BestBuy.com carry strict quantity limits and, once those limits have been met or exceeded, additional orders for the same product may be subject to cancellation. Because the orders were cancelled, you may still be able to complete your purchase, but I advise allowing 24-48 hours before placing a new order for these items.

Was able to get an order in for Metal Gear Survive that wasn't cancelled but now I'm trying to place another one and it gets cancelled immediately for the same reason. Unable to verify information.
Still haven't heard back from anyone...

Almost a year later, I still am not able to order anything on your site and your support never contacted me again. I'm starting to think Best Buy doesn't want my money.
