Hello. I ordered a Nintendo Switch game for pick-up two weeks ago, but I live a 5 hour drive away from the pick-up location.
I called the store but they said they can't ship it to me. It is currently "Sold Out" on the website, so it looks like it can't be shipped to my home address from a warehouse.
Maybe if I send them a self-addressed envelope with a pre-paid shipping label, they can send it to me. I could include a photocopy of my driver's license, since ID is required to pick up an item.
The last day the store will hold the item for me is Februrary 9, 2021.
Can you help? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Best Buy Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the location your game is ready at is so far away, I can imagine that kind of drive is not ideal!
We are typically only able to modify an order within 30 minutes of when the order is placed. The store likely will not be able to send the item to you via personal self-address envelope, however I can take a closer look into this and see if there are any other additional options.
