Cannot fully access my bestbuy account due to verification code being sent to wrong email.

Hello

 

I am having issues accessing all the features on my Bestbuy account. I get to where they want to send a verification code, but the code is being sent to an email I havent used in 10 years. Can someone in suuport help me get this fixed?
