I purchased a geek squad warranty with a new samsung tv which I need to activate as the tv was broken out of the box. I try to create an account using my email and it says I need to review my information and try again, the information is correct. I then try to check if I already have an account using forgot password and when I enter my email it says I do not have an account.
Please let me make an account.

I can absolutely see where you are coming from here, as I would be looking for some support if I was unable to create an account as well. First, please check if you are using a VPN, non-English internet browser, ad-blocker, or cookie-blocker, as these can sometime cause issues.
