Do you use an ad-blocker or VPN when visiting our website? If so, I would recommend disabling these as they can cause problems when trying to log in. Is the phone number you are using based here in the United States? The My Best Buy program is only available to U.S. residents. I would also recommend making sure the default language of your browser is set to English.
