Cannot change shipping address

My name is Gabriel {removed per forum guidelines}. I recently ordered a google pixel 3 online. I chose to use Apple Pay and before being asked for my shipping address or prompted, it chose to ship to my billing address. This is an address I no longer live at and worse I have had my landlord dispose of documents and items that have shipped there in the past. I immediately contacted customer service (although I was told I would receive a call back in 50 minutes) and the agent told me there was nothing that could be done. In addition to telling me I could not speak to a supervisor. This seems ridiculous. The order has just been received and all I need is to change an address. He also told me the order could not be cancelled. I cannot accept that I just have to lose $326. You are a gigantic company and the customer service has to be better than this. Please advise.
