Have you tried to look up your order as a guest? I can't recall what options are available for guest orders versus member orders, but I do know that you can't swap items on an order once it's been processed; you can only cancel it, and the cancellation must be processed almost immediately after the order goes through.
The links below might help, but if it's too late to cancel/modify, you should be able to return the wrong item to any open Best Buy store for free, or use a prepaid return shipping label.
