Cannot cancel online order

I no longer desire the product i order on March 4, 2019; and even shortly after placing the order I couldn’t cancel it, it just stayed as “order received.” Could you cancel it internally or do i have to return it at a store once it arrives?

It sounds like your order may have been placed for shipping. If that is the case, you can see our Return & Exchange Promise here


If it was for store pickup, we may be able to assist in cancelling and would just need you to send us a private message with your order number, phone number, full name, and email.
