So long story short: Pre-ordered a video game and expected it to be delivered today, or at the very least ship. I wake up and find a shipping delay email with a estimated arrival date of up to November 26th, which is unacceptable. I already had one bad experience with a order getting lost in the mail last year with Best Buy, so at this point I decided just to cancel and order from somewhere else. Thing is, there is no way to cancel online.
I call support once they open and I speak with someone who was VERY unhelpful and could not give me any solid information, and would not cancel the order. The support person basically said that there is a small chance it will be there by Monday, but did not go into details and could not provide any proof that it was even shipped or getting ready to ship. Can anyone on here help?
