Please help me! The phone and chat support has not been able to assist me. I bought an item back on Nov. 25th and the item is out of stock and stuck in "preparing". I do not want this item anymore and it is sitting on my credit card gathering interest. I have called customer support and they say they keep cancelling it but it never gets cancelled.

Welcome to our support forums! If I'm being honest, I'm not a very patient person. Maybe that will change in 2019, but as for now, I don't like to wait for much—especially when my money is involved. I can definitely understand your wanting to cancel an order if the item is out of stock and may not be ready any time soon. I’d love to see if there’s anything I can do to help here.
