I have been trying for about half an hour to sign in to bestbuy.com to buy about $3000 worth of computer peripherals. Everytime I try to create an account,I get an error insisting I already have an account and need to sign in. When I click the Reset Password Link and choose any of the options, it says I get an error that just says Sorry, Something went wrong, please try again. What do I have to do to fix this?
