I ordered a Telescope( #{removed per forum guidelines}), it is still not shipped. I have decided to wait for a Newer model & want to cancel the order. It won't let me cancel online OR on phone???
On return to the store, I was told there might be a Restocking fee of 15%. Is this true?

While items cannot be canceled online if they have already been processed for shipping, home delivery or store pickup, you can attempt to cancel that order through your My Best Buy account following the steps outlined here.
With that said, if the order cannot be cancelled, you are invited to return this unit with the Return & Exchange Promise once it arrives to you. There are some items that would have a restocking fee, however this would apply to drones, DSLR cameras and lenses, mirrorless cameras and lenses, leg and body recovery systems, premium camcorders, projectors, projector screens, and special-order products. Additional details about this can be found within our Return & Exchange Promise.
