Cancelling an Initiated Return

Hi, I ordered something from last week and received it last Friday. It originally wasn't what I expected, so I decided to start an online return and got a prepaid shipping label. Since it was the weekend, I didn't ship it back yet.

A few days later, the item actually grew on me and I don't want to return it anymore. But I still have the "Return Request Confirmed" note in my account. Am I able to just disregard this since I don't plan on returning the item anymore?

Re: Cancelling an Initiated Return

I'm pretty sure that will go away after your return and exchange window elapses.

Re: Cancelling an Initiated Return

Hey, mrzargeth,

Welcome to our forums!  It’s great to hear your order has grown on you, and it sounds like it will fit your needs after all!

To answer your question, the status your order is in just indicates that you’ve begun the return process with us, but if you’re not interested in returning the product, you should be free to just disregard that “Return Request Confirmed” status the order is in, and go about enjoying your purchase.

I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to swing by our Support Forums any time.
