5 days ago (December 27th) I placed an order for a CPU that was estimated to arrive the next day, the 28th. Within 24 hours of placing the order, it had been delayed and the new estimate was arrival on the 30th. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. Order details continues to state that it would be arriving on the 30th until after midnight (the morning of the 31st). At this point, all it says is that it is delayed. Not even an estimate, and it appears to have made no progress since that point. I tried tracking through UPS and tracking info on your site and nothing has happened. At this point I want to cancel my order. One delay isn't a big deal, but waiting that long to update said delay and giving me no information from that point onward is another.

Thank you for connecting with us here on the Best Buy Forums. I tend to place many online orders, and I keep a close eye on the tracking details. A delay, with no estimated arrival, would lead me to seek support as well. It would be hard to say what our options would be without having the opportunity to review the order, which is something we’d be happy to do.
