Yesterday, I ordered a curbside pickup for a Samsung - 27” Odyssey QHD
I was told to stay in the pickup zone.
I wated there for total of 4.5 hours after calling and going back to the store several times to no avail.
They then cancelled my order and told me some other couple who "needed it" got to buy it instead of me.
The store and customer service both promised to call me back but neither ever did.
I resorted to buying another unit with less features at the same price instead and I feel like I got scammed.
