Cancelled orders

Very frustrating. Last year during the holidays I received a lot of damaged packages, lost packages that arrived late and packaged with other people's names on it that were returned to the store and shipped to be in beat up boxes and the old buyers order number and name still on it. With that said, I was flagged as fraud negative when reporting the Nintendo steering wheel with someone else's name on the box and damages. Ever since then every order I've made online and in store has been cancelled. I've called more than a dozen times over the past 9 months and no help. <br><br>To make things worse, my GSP on my fridge has been a disaster. My fridge has been broken since February and we had 9 repairs from a third party Samsung authorized vendor. 3 main boards, 4 ice maker units, 2 cooling fans, 3 temp sensors and a compressor. After all the repairs, the fridge failed less than 3 hours after installing the compressor. The fridge is at 79 degrees in the fridge and freezer and everything went bad. I was never reimbursed for the lost food form I sent in but after many hours on the phone, I finally got approved for an exchange. <br><br>I would be happy to order a new fridge with the $2600 store credit I received from the broken fridge but going back to how I started this message, every order gets cancelled. I've tried 5 times over the last 6 weeks to get a fridge and every single one is cancelled. <br><br>This is rediculius and poor service from you Best Buy. <br><br><br>Oh I finally got a fridge ordered under my friends profile which is being delivered to his house and we somehow had to rent a truck and take it from his house to mine but because it took so long it's now on back order till October. <br><br>I tried again 20 minutes ago because an LG fridge came back in stock with next week delivery but yet again, the order got cancelled. <br><br>I just can't seem to catch a break and best buy doesn't want to help.

So it appears that when people post on here someone sends this big message and says "we are so sorry, please private message us so we can help" but then they never help. I PM you right away and gave the information you asked for but you never replied or helped. What gives? Are you really going to help or do you just post things so people reading this will think you're going to help?
