I keep getting cancelled orders right away after placing it. I don't understand why. I call to customer service or chat with live chat and no one knows the answer. Didn't change my card, address or anything.
Can you help me with this issue, please?

Having an order cancel so quickly can be pretty frustrating, and I would want to get that fixed as well. Have you had a chance to check out our page here to see if any of these things may apply to you?

I am glad that you were able to complete your purchase in a store. While I wouldn't be able to guarantee a specific result, I would be happy to see if I can find anything out about the cancellations of your orders. So that I can, could you send us over a private message with one of your order numbers, your phone number, full name and email.
