I cancelled an in-store pickup order on December 14. I see that the order was cancelled successfully. However, my credit card was only partially refunded. I spoke with an agent over chat who says that according to Best Buy's system I was fully refunded. So there's is some error between what Best Buy thinks they refunded me and what is showing up on my credit card. Could someone look into this issue and figure out how to fix?
