Cancelled order b/c "sold out"

Hello. I ordered an apple watch series 3 last night. The order was confirmed, and the money was taken out of my account. An hour later, I received an email saying my order was cancelled because it was sold out. I then went back on the website, and the watch is still there, just $10 more! Excuse me, but we already made a deal at the price listed when I ordered! Plus, now my money is unavailable because it's "processing", so I can't even order another. I'll never be a Best buy shopper again! What a scam

Re: Cancelled order b/c "sold out"

Excellent customer service.... You charge my card for an item, then cancel it based on the lie of it being "sold out" so you can charge$10, then tell me I'm wrong for complaining because we didn't have a legal contract. Nice response
