*17 Apr: I ordered a product online with a delivery date of 19 Apr.
*20 Apr: I call cusomer support to find out progress and im told FedEx has it, to call them.
I call FedEx, they say BestBuy created the label on 17 Apr but never notified them to come get it.
I call customer support back, explain what FedEx said, and Im told that it was sent out and at this point i only have 2 options: order a replacement with delivery date of 8 MAY OR a refund...I chose to get a refund! Im told 24-48 i will recieve an email that the refund is processed.
*22 Apr: talked to someone in customer service and was told that my refund was sent to internal affears and that they have to do and investigation that could take up to 15 DAYS before I will even recieve the confirmation email of my refund. And that this is a "new policy"...
This is ridiculous!!!!! This is my 1st experience ever with Best Buy and it WILL be my LAST!!!!
