Cancelled an order and still haven’t received my e-gift card refund

It’s been awhile now. I’ve called and called, all kinds of different departments and no one can seem to help me. I’m getting really tired of this. If someone has gone through this and can guide me to how I can get my refund. Please help. Thank you.
