I am experiencing this "We couldn't verify your info, so we cancled order ....." and it gives me a link to verify the account, but my billing address and card info are all correct.
I have tried several times to purchase throught he 800 number as well as online, but everytime it gets cancelled.
Please help. I don't know how to verify correctly or am I missing something.....
