I would like to know why these orders were cancelled:

All these orders stated that they couldn't verify my information. However I had already purchased PlayStation cards for the following amounts $100 and $25 that day.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
When Switch OLED preorder went live, I was able to make a preorder. Got comfirmed email, but it also cancelled right away. Any customer service can explain this?
I was able to place and pick up orders days ago, but this one it said I over limit(from online chat)? How come I over limit for 1 preorder new item?
This also let me wonder last time I finally score 1 PS5 and paid, but it was cancelled because of out of stock at my store?

I ordered a laptop with next-day shipping since I needed it that day. The order said it was shipped, and then it was randomly canceled and refunded. Can I get this order reinstated? I bought a gift card to buy it and I still haven't received the money back for it yet either.

Orders cannot be reinstated once canceled. The funds usually return to gift cards within a few days once the item is marked as returned and processed. How long has it been?

Placed an order online on 7/31/2021 ($2000 order)
2 Days later, got a cancallation email.
Called the support line, and was told it's due to "technical issue with their website".
The reprasentive suggested i will place the order again on the phone with her, and assured me the item is in stock, and will be shipped.
I accepted her reasoning, and placed the order ($2000 again) over the phone.
2 days later, another cancallation email.
Called the support line again, and got no answer other then "i am sorry for the inconvience".
This is a clear case of false advertisment, bad customer service, and unreal bussiness relationship between INTEX and BESTBUY.COM
No one seems to want to take responsiblity for letting customers place orders for non-excisting items.
2 Hours on the phone with best buy reps and soupervisors, and they blame the manufacturer over and over again.
No compansation offered.
Supervisor was about to share the phone number for the Corporate complaints office, and the call dropped,
called again, and we're back to squere 1.
Way to go best buy, giving your customers the worst service possible, and wasting everyones time.
Waiting on a call back and compasation before filing an official complaint.

BestBuy needs to inform correct and honest delivery date; they should not deceive the customer. And please do not give me "COVID excuses" because I had other on-line purchases from other vendors as they promised. I made a decision on that specific date to plan out and now everything is messed up. I was informed that it would delivered after two weeks not on next day as they promised initially. We (I and one of your representatives) canceled it and reorder to pick them up from the store but my new order ( twice attempts) was automatically canceled.
We made sure it was not from my credit company because we were on the conference call. BestBuy did not know why that was happening. I stayed with a customer service for more than an hour and no solution.
I am done with this company and I will make sure everyone knows so they do not have to go through what I have been.

This would be a pre-authorization that will fall off in accordance with the banking rules your financial institution has set in place. Your bank would be the best place to contact on this.

Just curious are your emails for cancellation saying you exceeded a quantity limit? Is your address being flagged as a frieght forwarder?
Have you tried to checkout as a guest?
