Cancellation Email saying this : (everytime)
"Unfortunately, we encountered an issue while processing your order so we had to cancel it."
address flagged as forwarder??? I don't know, i can check it? This is my residental address, i live here, what can i do ???

I had ordered a few items from online, and got an confirmation e mail,for all the thing I ordered, but come to find out that all but one item(wired earbuds) had been canceled,And then get charged for those but never received them!...I havent had any problems with BB, but this time I was upset!! someone needs to find out what is going on here!

Sometimes an item may be out of stock depending on the location they use to send you your products. Sometimes they will use actual stores to ship an item if they can determine it can get to you quick, or perhaps direct from the manufacturer or another distributor.
If an item is determined to be out of stock and your other items have been shipped once the final amount settles your total should reflect the cancelled item.
Did they give you any reason on why they cancelled it?

I cancelled an order for a TV delivery and set up today. The TV was in stock at the North Canton, OH store. I had a Saturday appointment that was changed to Wednesday afternoon without my approval. I was notified by email. I spent several hours on the phone Friday with multiple customer service reps trying to get it changed back to Saturday. I was unsuccessful, but was able to make arrangements for someone to be available Wednesday afternoon for the delivery.
Yesterday (Saturday) I received another email that the appointment was changed to Wednesday morning. When I called to try to get it changed back to the afternoon, the rep told me that the date would be changed again to get an afternoon appointment. At that point I told him to cancel the order because I couldn't continue to have someone someone jumping through hoops when BestBuy just to accomodate the BestBuy schedule.

Last year my online orders are getting cancelled and I did all my applicances and smart systems in bestbuy and there after when I moved to my new home all the orders are getting cancelled. There's no issue with my BestBuy Credit Card and I think they blocked my address to send any items. Not sure the right issue and called so many times and have like 15 caseid's but never resolved. Please help me on this.

There could be a number of reasons.
You indicated you moved.
So the first thing I would check is to make sure the address on your credit card 100% matches the address on your account, and your billing address for your card.
I know that if a Visa or MasterCard billing address does not 100% match the address for the order that it will get flagged as potential fraud.
It gets extra attention when the orders are over a certain dollar value.
So check your billing address, your accounts addresses, and everything else.
Another reason is if you have a history of returning a lot of items in a short amount of time. Especially if they are big ticket or high risk items. This isn't as common but it can be a factor.

My billing address and everything is correct and confirmed my bestbuy Primary Support and dont have any issue with cards. There's something Bestbuy verification team is blocking not sure on that.
