Cancelled Order for Pick up

I have bought an iPad pro and Ring Door bell 2 during your last Black Friday in July promo period and paid via creditcard. The transaction was posted and I assigned my sister to pick it up at your Torrence CA store. The transaction said that it will be available the next day so I waited but the tracking page said that it was still preparing my order on the date it was due to be picked up. My sister called the store and said that the items are already ready for pick up at the store the following day. She asked why there was no confirmation email or text message which hey normally do. Your employee has no answer and said that she can pick up the items already. On her way an email was said that the items were cancelled. This is the 2nd time that this has happended to me an I plan on reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and other government agency to show you of your poor loyal customer handling. It would have been accepatble if from the start that you just said taht the items are no longer available but no notice was given. Also you already deducted from my credit line which although will be refunded after several weeks is still unaccepatble. We will no longer patronize your store if these is how you handle your loyal customers.

Welcome to our community forum and thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with this purchase. I use store pickup all the time so I know I would be surprised to find an order cancelled before it was prepared for pickup. I'd like to take a closer look at this to see exactly what happened.
