Hello, I previously pre-ordered a game and had cancelled it thinking we may not be able to afford it at the time of launch (I unfortunately did this more than once.) Now when the game is close to launch and I have cash on hand, because we have one order of said game going out (gift for friend), the two previously cancelled orders will not let me order my own copy of the game. I understand this is probably to mitigate people who are trying to cheat the system, however that is not my case. Is there any way I can clear this up?
TL;DR - Two cancellations are preventing me from actually ordering a second copy of the game, can I get the cancellations to stop / clear out the cancellations?
