Canceled purchase didn't refund

Hello.

 

I am your customer from Ukraine, so there is no way to call technical support to get an answer to my question. On January 7 and 8, 2019, I made 2 orders in the store, which were canceled in a minute. Money for the goods was withdrawn from my bank card. At the same time, my bank statement does not show a refund. I called the bank, they said that they had handed over the documents to chargeback. This process will take from 45 to 120 days. Help me please. Can I somehow speed up the process of returning my money to a bank card? Here are the IDs of my orders with which I have a problem: {removed per forum guidelines} and {removed per forum guidelines}.

I really hope for your help, because I do not know who else can help me. Thank you very much!

Orders may cancel for different reasons sometimes. It could be that the purchase does not meet BestBuy.com’s Conditions of Use. When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. We will not officially charge you until your order has been fulfilled.

 

I apologize if you’re having issues getting the authorization hold released. Normally for US cards, it takes about 3-5 days for it to be released. However, with international cards, it takes longer. Please, private message me with your order number, full name, phone number, and e-mail address connected to your order, so I can look into this further.
