Canceled order

I ordered a series x through the website yesterday and was very excited to have gotten one. However, I was misled about the availability of one in store and cancelled my order expecting to be able to take one home the same day as opposed to waiting a week for pickup. I have since tried to re-order the series x through the website only to have my orders canceled due to reaching my limit for purchase. I don’t get how this can be seeing that my initial order was canceled and I never actually got one. I have contacted Best Buy via chat and on the phone and have received conflicting information that has given me a complete runaround and has gotten me nowhere. I just want to be able to get ONE and regret ever cancelling the initial order due to being misled in the store. I could use any help I can get.
