Canceled order but no refund

So I canceled a recent order.

 

Order #
{Removed per forum guidelines}

 

And it said that I'll recieve a refund but I haven't recieved a refund yet. I need help.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Generally speaking, we will not charge an order before it is shipped,s o you may be seeing an authorization hold on your account, rather than a charge. Common timeframes for those falling off can be found here.

 

How was it that you paid for this order? That may help us figure out what's going on with your funds.

The payment method I used was through venmo (owned by paypal). The order was stuck on "received order" for a while so I canceled it, but the money hasn't returned to my venmo account.

Hi, Gearverse,

 

In that case, you should have been refunded at once on the order.  Have you reached out to Venmo or PayPal support? If not, please reach out to them to see if they can get you an update on when that refund will reflect on your account.
