I too am convinced that Best Buy is now just a fraudulent company. It's not evident to the average customer until they have an issue like yours. There is no Customer Service that I can tell and there seems to be an unusual number of people on this forum that flat out lost their money and got no product. I guess I was lucky with my case in that I still have the product. But yeah, no reason to every do business with Best Buy again. And not only that, I will make it m a lifelong mission to warn others so they don't get defrauded by this terrible company. And if I held any stock I would sell...
