I placed an order on March 3 and then it was canceled after a few hours saying "Unable to verify some information". I never received any calls or emails after that. I just went to order it once again and found out that my gift cards used for the order both have zero balances. I used $160 and $5 gift cards for this order {removed per forum guidelines}.

I’m asking to give me back my funds to these gift cards right away so I will use it in store here otherwise there will be a further report with authorities.

Writing here to let everyone be aware that a possible scam is going on there.

I still haven’t got any messages or help. The issue is still unresolved

I’m now pretty sure that best buy is a fraud company. They keep stoled my money and not responding now. Going to file a police report just in case

you nailed it brother .. they ahve stolen $1190 of my points from last cancelled order.. and have been giving me the typical b.s. run around answer.. wait x amount.. oh no we mean wait y amount.. oh wait z amount.. oh it's a "known" issue .. but apparently known issue means leave it be not fix it.. these fraudsters are crooks.. i hope they go the way of circuit city and go bankrupt cuz it's run by a bunch of bozos

Yup right. Another day and I still haven’t been contacted by anyone there. That person named Caleb never responded.

Unbelievable. I still haven’t got my funds back for the canceled order and no one hasn’t replied to me. It’s clear that they just want to hold me until that termination of their forums. Actually it’s a clear fraud by Best Buy

Update:
Caleb told me that something is wrong with my gift card and they can’t refund. So there’s actual abduction by Best Buy. I told them to issue a new one for me since my actual gift card worked flawlessly in the moment of the purchase so they canceled the order and as per their terms and conditions they must provide a refund. But who cares, Best Buy is using their policy just in time where they want and of course in their own interest. I can now say that Best Buy is scam and fraud. I will tell everyone about that and I’m really sad that my local police office can’t do much around that even through I filed a report.
