Canceled Order

Hello! I made an order, but it was cancelled by no reason. I made another one, but it was canceled again. And my money for BOTH orders in hold now and order canceled.

Order Number 1: {removed per forum guidelines}
Order Number 2: {removed per forum guidelines}

Please help me place my order properly and refund one of the orders.

Thank you for joining our community forums and taking the time to write to us about your orders. I would be happy to look in to this to see why your orders were cancelled. When an order is placed on our website an authorization hold is placed on your account to ensure that funds are available. If your order is cancelled this is usually removed within two to three business days but can take up to one billing cycle. I would recommend checking with your banking institution for more information on this timeline.
