Canceled Order

I ordered a Nintendo Switch on 4/15 to be picked up at the store on 4/23. I got an email on 4/22 stating the item in available for pickup. When I arrived at the store I received a 2nd email stating that my order had been canceled. No one at the store could give me any information. I need to know why the order was canceled. My order number is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! While I wish you were connecting with us under happier circumstances, I'm glad that you took the time to bring this to our attention. Having an order cancel is never ideal, but I can understand why it would be even less so when you had already received an email saying it was ready for you to pick-up. 

 

That's a far cry from the experience we meant to provide when you first placed your order with us, so we'd be happy to take a deeper look to see what happened. You may have noticed that your order number was removed from your post. That's because we want to keep your info secure, and since order numbers are linked to personal info, we don't allow it to be posted publicly on our page.
